Hold the left leg behind your knee or back of thigh and then pull knee towards your left shoulder. Remain in that position till you count five and so relax. Repeat five to fifteen times daily.

Pelvic tilt, this exercise requires you to lie on your back, feet should be flat on floor and knees should be bent. Tighten your buttocks and also your abdomen, the small of your back should be against the floor. Then hold till you count five and release.
